Kei Terada
StylistKei started his career as an assistant at Windle London in 1999. Since then, he became an international session stylist working with fashion magazines such as Vogue, W, Interview, and many more. Kei has worked with renowned designers in fashion shows and advertising campaigns. Kei also cuts and styles the hair of celebrities, actors, singers, and fashion models. He strives to see his clients at Windle London since he considers the salon its spiritual home.

Isha G. Shyllon
ColouristIsha is one of the founding members of the Windle London team since the early 90’s. She has dedicated her craft of colouring and styling, her great sense of attention to detail varies from natural soft colouring to the bold and the beautiful. Tailoring her style set to her clients needs is Isha’s forte.

Lauren Watson
ColouristLauren has been a colourist for many years and joined the Windle London team in 2016. She has done extensive colour training with Wella and L’Oreal and in 2014 she completed the Wella Master Colour Expert Program. Lauren finds her inspiration through social media and fashion magazines. She has a keen interest and passion for arts, which shows in her colouring work. Lauren sees hair as a blank canvas ready to be painted and refined, she takes time in advising her clients on what suits their hair and lifestyle and importantly on all the right maintenance to keep the colour looking great.

Hong
ColouristHong has been an established colourist for over 20 years, having joined Windle London in 2018. She was inspired to become a hairdresser at the age of 15 after completing her work experience in a London salon. Hong takes immense joy in adventurous and creative endeavours, while applying her artistic flair even to natural and subtle tones that can suit your personality, style, and complexion.
As a Wella Master Colourist, Hong has worked with world renowned figures of the industry, Trevor Halls and Tracy Hayes. Hong’s talents have traversed continents, having worked at a hair show in Taiwan, and her clientele has included stars such as Una Stubbs, Anna Chancellor, Wendy James, and Alexis Knapp, to name a few.

Pia
ColouristOriginally from Germany, Pia moved to the UK when she was 18. After completing her apprenticeship in hairdressing , Pia joined Windle London in 2015 as an assistant. In the years that followed training under the masterful watch of senior technician Takashi, Pia developed into a colour expert ,whilst working on shoots gained her understanding of editorial work. Pia in depth colour knowledge allowed her to build a regular client following. A career highlight so far was to go to Paris where she assisted on doing Cara Delevingne’s colour for her then current film Valerian.
Pia is great at communicating with her clients finding out what suits their individual style, being the most natural looking colours or a more vibrant palette she’s your go to for understatedly cool.

Takashi Kurokawa
ColouristTakashi started his hairdressing career in Tokyo, Japan. He was trained by a renowned colourist in London and specialized in hair colour for over 20 years.
Since starting at Windle London in the year 2001, he has taught a number of apprentices and watched as they flourish into amazing colourists.
Alongside the salon work, Takashi showcases his colouring skills at industry shows, photoshoots and seminars as well as collaboration on R+D for hair colouring brands.
With his extensive knowledge of hair science and colour theory, he always comes up with various ideas that meet the needs of customers and hairstylists alike.

Jenny Wan
Hair Straightening TechnicianWith over 10 years experience within the industry as an all round stylist, Jenny is competent in cutting, colouring and straightening. She specializes in the Yuko straightening system, and after spending 5 years at Yuko Mayfair flagship store/academy Jenny gained knowledge and understanding of how chemical straightening processes can affect hair condition. Utilizing this knowledge enables her to provide the best care for her clients’ hair condition and thus gaining herself a vast loyal client base.

Diana
Brow TechnicianAn experienced brow architect, Diana worked in NYC for ten years before making London her home. Her visionary eye and bespoke artistic approach creates a customized individual eyebrow. She inspires her clients to envision a natural, stunning brow, Diana is an expert in brow art and sculpting.

Receptionists
ReceptionistsDennis, Jarnelle, Marian and Tanya are an outstanding team with plenty of expertise in managing clients requirements. From scheduling your appointments to welcome you in, from advising you on retail to providing you with a little local knowledge.
They carry those tasks with a friendly personal approach, striving to make your visit a memorable experience.

Ravi De Souza
Stylist / ColouristRavi has been a hairdresser for over 20 years, She’s Uber qualified in both cutting and styling hair. Ravi joined the Windle team in 2007 and has since established a busy client following.
Alongside her salon work she’s been styling hair at fashion weeks for shows like Dior, Armani, Burberry etc. whilst also doing a hairstylist residency on the then hit TV show “How to look good naked”.
Ravi always tries to understand and respect her clients’ unique and individual styles, paying particular attention to curly/textured hair as herself has lovely curls.
Ravi is well travelled and spent years working in Brazil where she perfected her hairdressing craft to suit her diverse clientele.

Nicole Newton
StylistOriginally from Peru, Nicole learned her trade in one of Canada’s top salons 15+ years ago. She has travelled the globe and is now living her dream in London. Nicole adds to the Windle London culture with her bubbly and outgoing personality which reflects in her style of hairdressing championing the natural texture of the hair. Nicole signature work is wearable looks with plenty of flair.

Victoria Ralph
StylistVictoria is a part time stylist at Windle Lab. Although she has worked in the salon for nearly 15 years, she now splits her time between her regular London clientele and her European wedding hairstyling jobs. In the summer season she caters for brides and luxury weddings, but she always finds time to make it back to Windle where it all started to meet new clients and catch up with the familiar faces.

Paul Windle
Managing Director - StylistI established Windle salon in 1988.
We have remained at the top of London hairdressing for 30 years constantly evolving and reinventing. Our mantra is that life should be slower and deeper rather than faster and cheaper. We have always tirelessly worked to leave no stone unturned. A constant search for the illusive perfection.
I do not believe that large corporations are good for our industry, I want to champion the small business and work with like minded people.

Jean-Marc Vrezil
StylistJean-Marc had a colourful youth spent in France but moved to London in his early twenties. He has been hairdressing for 25 years and experienced many strands of the industry before committing to Windle in 2004.
Growing up surrounded by women very self-assured about their fashion style, he encourages his clients to find confidence to experiment with their own self-image.
“I have real affection for my clients, and I communicate with them honestly but in a considerate manner.
I understand hair like a material so I try to create flattering hairstyles achieved as effortlessly as can be done with your particular texture and thickness, all the while offering gentle advice about work, love and life when prompted…”
Jean-Marc is a uniquely attentive hairdresser, he listens to what you want and will offer suggestions and alternatives but always defers to what feels right for you.
A visit to Windle and Jean-Marc is always relaxing, energising and a boost to self-confidence.

Tara Benoit
StylistTara started her hairdressing career in Mayfair, and moved to Windle London in 2007, where she continued to master her skills. Her true strength is listening to her clients, whether it’s about their hair or personal stories. Tara’s hairdressing style is effortless and versatile, she loves working with different textures and hair types. In her day-to-day work, she draws from her vast backstage experience, as well as from her life in London, soaking everything around with a Chai Latte in hand. Tara is always ready for a challenge, open to new ideas, and loves being creative. Her focus is to always deliver work of the highest standards of suitability and technical skill.

Mia Efthymiou
StylistMia began her hairdressing training career at the London College of Fashion, where a few years later she returned as a teacher in fashion hairstyling, a position she held for over 10years. Mia’s work has featured backstage for a long list of designers including Julian MacDonald, Margaret Howell and Hussein Chalayan and many more.
In the early 90s Mia joined Windle London salon as senior stylist and senior educator a role she further developed by training at the Bumble and bumble University in New York and by being a regular on the Windle art team.
In the last few years Mia’s thirst for further knowledge led her to embrace research and development in hair care, a role she’s made her own with passion and dedication. Mia has been/is instrumental alongside the company founder Paul Windle in creating the award winning Windle lab haircare products.
Throughout her successful career Mia has always maintained a very loyal clientele that loves her precision haircutting and uncompromising focus on service care and quality throughout.

Teváe
Stylist / ColouristTeváe joined the Windle team in 2021 currying a relatively young career that is already full of experiences in many aspects of the hairdressing industry.
She boasts an excellent array of skills as a technician in colouring and keratin smoothing treatment, cutting, styling and braiding as well as being
a specialist in Afro textured hair.
Teváe loves getting involved backstage at fashion shows, industry competition (she was L’Oréal colour trophy finalist in 2021) and recently in theatre where she works as hairstylist at the Globe theatre in London.
Teváe's personality is fun and bubbly yet courteous and professional which makes her a favourite amongst clients and team alike.

Guiseppe Bulzis
StylistGiuseppe began hairdressing back in the 90’s working alongside his uncle in a barbershop. He later moved to London focusing on ladies hairdressing. Giuseppe joined Windle in 2000, besides building a loyal clientele he is part of the education team. Giuseppe has also worked for some of the most established fashion designers in Milan, Paris and London. With a passion for learning and creating, in his spare time he likes to sculpt and express his creativity through various mediums, in particular, clay.

Lisa
StylistLisa was born in Kyoto, Japan. She has been in the hairdressing industry for over 15 years. She joined the Windle London team in 2016. Lisa adores her job and loves nothing more than to make people look stunning and feel happy. Lisa is a great communicator and puts great care and consideration in consultations. It’s her attention to detail that really makes her services of the highest of standards. Her inspiration comes through the beauty of the people she observes, their fashion and their personalities, and this shows through her exceptional hair haircuts and styling.

Sergio Renis
Creative DirectorSergio comes from Lecce, a city in sunny Puglia-Italy.
He’s been in London since the 90s making the city not just his home from home but constantly drawing inspiration from its scene and energy to feed into his hairdressing passion.
Sergio joined the Windle salon in the mid noughties and has since been a hairstylist in demand being on the salon floor, studio or fashion shows.
London-Paris-Milan- LA- Soul and many more cities have provided the platform for his work. A few years stinge assisting hairstylist icons Julien Dy’s in many magical sets has shaped Sergio’s aesthetic of hair as fabric to play without boundaries.
His refined approach to hair mixed with his outgoing personality has built him a great clientele whilst providing a constant creative and supportive output to the Windle Art+Education team.
Sergio’s signature work features textures and movements within free-flowing shapes that speak of effortless style and plenty of modern living.
