Hong has been an established colourist for over 20 years, having joined Windle London in 2018. She was inspired to become a hairdresser at the age of 15 after completing her work experience in a London salon. Hong takes immense joy in adventurous and creative endeavours, while applying her artistic flair even to natural and subtle tones that can suit your personality, style, and complexion.
As a Wella Master Colourist, Hong has worked with world renowned figures of the industry, Trevor Halls and Tracy Hayes. Hong’s talents have traversed continents, having worked at a hair show in Taiwan, and her clientele has included stars such as Una Stubbs, Anna Chancellor, Wendy James, and Alexis Knapp, to name a few.
Isha has been part of the Windle London team since the early 90’s. Her passion to become a hairdresser came from being inspired by fashion magazines, particularly Vogue and Elle, and designers such as Calvin Klien and Issey Miyake. Her style of hairdressing is “old school, natural with a modern twist”.
Lauren has been a colourist for over 10 years and joined the Windle London team in 2016. She has done extensive colour training with Wella and L’Oreal and in 2014 she completed the Wella Master Colour Expert Program. Lauren finds her inspiration through social media and fashion magazines. She has a keen interest and passion for arts, which shows in her hairdressing work. She sees hair as a blank canvas and advises her clients on what suits their features and lifestyle.
Originally from Germany, Pia moved to the UK when she was 18. After completing an apprenticeship in cutting in a west end salon, she joined Windle London 2015 as an assistant, where she improved her styling skills whilst gaining an insight into the fashion world. Working on shoots, as well as in-depth colour training lead Pia to Paris to assist in doing Cara Delevignes colour for her then current film Valerian.
Pia specialises in communicating with her clients to find out what suits their individual style, may it be the most natural looking colours to vibrant and ‘striking’.
Ravi has been a hairdresser for over 15 years. Her training and passion is cutting, colour and styling. She has been involved in a number of TV shows, including “How to look good naked” and a long list of fashion shows such as Armani, Dior, Maison Martin Margiela. She always tries to understand and respect her clients’ unique and individual styles, and has a variety of clientèle. She particularly enjoys vintage hairdressing. And having naturally curly hair, she loves to cut and style curly hair. Ravi is well travelled and spent years working in Brazil.
