I have coloured hair and I find that conditioner isnt quite enough for me and previous treatments I’ve used are to heavy and make my hair flat and lank. This one suits my hair perfectly. I only use as a treatment once every 7-10 days but I use a little of this as conditioner every couple of days too. Only leaving it on for a couple of minutes. Perfect and smells fabulous
