The landscape of our business has changed dramatically in recent months.

This means we have needed to change how we reserve our stylists time in order to look after your hair.

We now require a non refundable 50% booking fee in order to reserve the space in the salon and time of your hairdresser. This fee will be deducted from your final service cost – Paul Windle.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice or the full cost of the service will be charged. Please note that we require credit card details along with a non refundable 50% booking fee to secure your booking.

Please give at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our stylists and other clients. Giving notice will help us re-schedule your service to a more convenient time without occurring further charges.

Please note you must organise a skin test prior to your colour service if you have not had a colour service or skin test within 6 months. This must be carried out 48 hours or more before the service can be performed. If you have an existing skin allergy, we are sadly unable to colour your hair for the time being.
