Our roving in house reporter, Oliv Windle has been getting her hair done by the salon staff again. This time it’s the turn of our colourist Jesus who is also a trained stylist but chose to take the route of a colourist. Let’s see how Jesus created this look he calls “Japanese ninja”…
First Jesus took some Windle and Moodie Invisible Day and Night Cream and ran it the surface of Oliv’s already dry hair, pulling it away from the face.
Using a Mason and Pearson brush he started to brush Oliv’s hair into a high ponytail with Windle and Moodie Light Satin Hairspray on the brush.
The ponytail was tied using elastic to make it quite tight.
He then put more Invisible Day and Night Cream on to the tail to contain it and wrapped more elastic around the actual ponytail to give it more support.
Then to give the whole look a completely different twist, he got plastic cable ties in white and black and tied them in alternate colours around the ponytail, leaving the ends to poke out.
And voila…. there you have it… Its amazing what you can do when you look around your home or office and find some household things to use in your hair. It makes your look, original and modern.
